Your screen printed project starts with great graphic design. Starting with print ready artwork or a napkin sketch, we can handle pretty much any artwork. We will take your artwork and prepare it for screen printing using the latest graphics production software, while also checking your artwork for errors and omissions.
Color Separations
Our screen printing presses will print your design one color at a time. In order to do that, we need to separate out each individual color using our proprietary methods. While many of our competitors charge for this service, we never have.
Film Output
When your artwork is ready to print, we output your design on clear film. We use the film to burn your screens and check placement on your apparel. When your design is finished printing, we save your film for any future reorders.

Burning screens is a precise art. From selecting the right mesh, to dialing in the right exposure time, we have a proven formula for screen burning.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is where the ink meets the fabric. There are so many factors that make a good or bad print, and we’ve learned from our successes and failures how to do it right.
Heat Transfers
Some garments can’t be screen printed due to the fabric or multiple layers. Other prints require heat transfers such as foiling. In those cases, we use our heat presses to transfer your designs precisely and consistently.
Finishing
After your shirts are decorated, our finishing department can sew in labels, add hang tags, and add sku labels. We can also fold, polybag and add size stickers to your printed apparel.
Custom Packouts
We can packout your order in any manner that you need. Whether it is by quantity, by size, by color, by destination, or any other criteria, we can fulfill your custom packout quickly, efficiently and correctly.
Blind Shipping
When your order is packed and ready, we will blind ship your orders to your customers with your shipping info. We can add your packing slip and custom label to the boxes as well.
